The Cooperation of ERA and ICEOS

  First organized in 1993 as a bi-annual event, the Conference on Econometrics, Operations Research and Statistics (ICEOS) is later turned to an annual international event. ICEOS has been a major international event in this area. The main objective of the ICEOS is to promote theoretical and empirical studies in all areas of Econometrics, Operations Research and Statistics. Conference also covers research on economic policies, international economics, macroeconomics, financial markets, microeconomics, industrial economics and regional economics issues.

  There is a close relation between Econometric Research Association (ERA) and ICEOS. Pamukkale University hosted ICEOS 2011 and some of the articles presented there were selected after a referee process for publication International Econometric Review (IER) which is the journal of ERA. In the same way, articles from ICEOS 2012, hosted by Eastern Mediterranean University, will also be chosen for publication in IER.
