Q:What is the meaning of ERA membership?
A: Econometric Research Association publish the journal twice a year and it is automatically sent to all members. Membership rates
are quite reasonable compared to other organizations. Members can benefit from all the activities held in the body of association,
be aware of the latest improvements on econometry and communicate with other members joining from different sides of the globe.
Q:How can I join ERA?
A: There is a "Forms" link on the left of this site, by clicking it you can either send e-mail or fax your application. After
it is evaluated the officers will contact you to pay membership rates which are simply explained on the
"Membership Process" site. Sending the bank slip of your payment to us your
membership is complete at all.
Q:What advantages do we get except subscription to the journal as a ERA member?
A: Except subscription to the ERA journal, members have the ooportunity to add their names to the members directory which
can be reached by clicking the "Members" button on the left of this site. Also the
password protected sites on the web which include up-to-date information (such as recent books, paper calls, conferences, last
issues of journal, archieves, ..etc.) are available to members. Members are notified by e-mail when there is a conference in
their region.
Q:What is the difference between membership and subscription to journal?
A: It is possible to subscribe to journal without joining ERA, but subscribers cannot enter the password protected parts of
ERA web site. However the benefits of using web which has great advantages for members overcomes the additional membership rate.
Q:To whom should I contact to change my information of journal subscription?
A: You can contact with the officer responsible with the subscription
process by e-mail.
Q:How can I find the e-mail address of one of the ERA members?
A: After you log in with the user name and password given from the home site of ERA, clicking the
"Members" page the list will be available.
Q:I want to send my paper to the journal. To whom, how many copies should I send?Is it possible to send
electronically?
A: The steps are explicitly written on the ??submissions?? page
Q:How can I advertise on the web site or journal of ERA?
A: To place advertisement send e-mail to info@era.org.tr.
