There are no article processing and article submission charges.
Only English written articles are accepted to the journal. Submissions should be made through DergiPark system
( https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/ier ) and they should be in the
"Full Text" format where the example can be found from the "Full Text Example".

The ideas presented in the articles belong to the authors but not to the editors, editorial board and the administrative staff. Remember that the journal have a policy of
screening for plagiarism. This is done by using iThenticate. Journal does not allow the authors to hold the copyright and to retain publishing rights without restrictions.
